When opening the boinc app on Android. Minecraft@Home doesn't show up as a project. Does anyone know what I can do to get it working.

This project runs on certain GPUs on Windows and Linux only for now. It does not have an application for Android, iOS or any other handheld platform. So there is nothing you can do about that, other than use a PC.
