Hey boysanic. If you need help on how to implement badges maybe you could reach out to some admin of another project such as Primegrid. They should know how to do that.

I believe Richard Haselgrove is the go to guy for things like that, you can reach him thru the Official Boinc channels that you Admins have available to you, or a PM if he is crunching here.

Roger :)

I'll see if I can get in touch with him.

I intend on implementing a few badges soon for some of the projects we've done since the last badge I added.

Tentatively:

1. Trial Chamber Cracker 1.21 (aka pano121) participation badge
2. Loneliest Seed 1.20 participation badge
3. Xoroshigo 1.0 participation badge
4. Xoroshigo 1.1 participation badge

I'd like to do a small amount of analysis to determine the delta between the folks who have crunched Xoroshigo 1.0 and the folks who have crunched Xoroshigo 1.1. As of now I'm not sure how large that delta is. But my intention is to provide a "thank you" to those who ran it at its bumpiest state during heavy development.

I'm also kicking around the idea of credit total badges.
For example:

100k, 1M, 10M, 100M, 250M, 500M, 1B

How granular should we make credit total badges? Should more tiers be added? I'm open to suggestions.

good news - gimme badges always :-) as many of them as possible

for credit badges, again yes please
i advise using repeated multiplier of base amount of either:
2x, 5x, 10x, 20x, 50x, 100x, etc
or
2.5x, 5x, 10x, 25x, 50x, 100x, etc
this matches what the bulk of projects use
