Does the project support Windows 11 ARM, both the ARM version and Windows in general, but also the latest Windows ARM chips, like the Snapdragon X Plus and Elite chips? :) |

Hi, I'd have to investigate this more, but as of right now, no we don't support Windows on ARM. |

Ok, thanks for the response. Many BOINC projects will probably work on these chips through x86, like many BOINC projects work through Rosetta 2 on Apple Silicon Macs, which I will test myself when I get a Windows 11 ARM device with one of these chips some day. And sure that this emulation, like Apple's, is also very efficient, but it will never be the same as native support, and It's the classic chicken or the egg. Demand won't come until the support is there, so hopefully some day, more BOINC projects will support Windows 11 ARM natively :) |

Since this project currently runs GPU-only apps, native ARM support wouldn’t speed things up. While the generic OpenCL app may run, BOINC doesn’t support targeting Adreno GPUs, much like Apple GPUs before BOINC 8. |
