When will this project get Apple Silicon Mac support for all, some, or even just one of the applications? |

It hasn't been a priority for our latest Xoroshigo application, but I'll investigate now that it's in a stable place. Just for your reference, we have run both x86 and aarch64 mac apps before: https://minecraftathome.com/minecrafthome/apps.php |

Thanks so much, I'm getting 10 concurrent CPU tasks on my base M4 Mac mini, 1 for each CPU core. But as I asked on the other thread as well, what about Apple Silicon GPU cores? Or is that not possible for you to support due to hardware limitations or something? |

We'd need an app that is built to run on apple's GPU, and right now the only GPU apps we run use CUDA, which is Nvidia specific. I've investigated converting to opencl for loneliest seed but I never fully finished doing that. I might revisit it at some point. For now though the CPU-based app really only runs on CPU cores. |

Ok, thanks for the response. How many Apple Silicon devices or how much personal credit will it take, before one or more chips will be added to the CPU models, and MacOS is added to the "computer types" page? |
